Terms of Service

Last updated: 27.08.2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Taimli, a booking software platform provided by IiroMan OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code: 16085613), located at Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia (“Taimli”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account or using Taimli, you (“User”, “Salon Owner”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Taimli.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a Salon Owner account.
  • End customers booking appointments through salon pages hosted by Taimli are not required to meet any age restriction other than those set by individual salons.

2. Description of the Service

  • Taimli is a SaaS platform enabling independent salons to manage appointments, staff, and client bookings.
  • Taimli provides hosted booking pages for salons and their customers.
  • Taimli may provide customer waitlists for salons, including email notifications when matching appointment times become available.
  • Taimli acts solely as a software provider and is not a party to any agreement or dispute between salons and clients.

3. User Accounts

  • Salon Owners must provide accurate business and payment information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Multiple staff logins may be created; the Salon Owner is responsible for all staff activity.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of services, pricing, availability, and business information displayed to clients.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Taimli is a monthly subscription service. Selecting “Subscribe” and completing Stripe Checkout starts a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase.
  • The price shown before checkout is charged for each billable team member each month, unless a custom flat monthly price is displayed. Your recurring subscription amount may change when your number of billable team members changes.
  • SMS messages are usage-based and charged at the per-message price displayed before checkout. SMS usage is added to the invoice for the applicable monthly billing period, so the total invoice amount may vary.
  • If a free-trial end date is displayed, recurring billing begins when that trial ends. Otherwise, billing begins when the subscription is started.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
  • Payments are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
  • You may cancel through the billing portal at any time. Unless stated otherwise when you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next monthly renewal.
  • Refunds may be granted at Taimli’s sole discretion.
  • Taimli does not currently charge transaction fees for its subscription service. Stripe or other payment providers may charge their own fees under their terms.
  • Pricing changes may occur with prior notice as required by law.

4.1 Optional Stripe Connect Account Setup

  • An authorized salon representative may choose to set up the salon's connected Stripe account through Stripe-hosted onboarding made available in Taimli.
  • The connected account belongs to the salon business identified during Stripe onboarding. The salon has a direct relationship with Stripe and must accept Stripe's terms, provide accurate information, and satisfy Stripe's identity, business, compliance, and banking requirements.
  • Taimli provides the technical connection to Stripe. Taimli is not the salon's bank, payment institution, acquiring bank, or merchant of record, and Taimli does not receive or hold funds belonging to the salon or salon client.
  • Stripe controls account approval, verification, payment capabilities, payout availability, restrictions, reserves, and account suspension under Stripe's own terms and regulatory obligations.
  • Setting up a connected Stripe account does not by itself enable customer payments or guarantee that any current or future Taimli payment feature will be available.
  • If Taimli later offers payment features using the connected account, applicable fees, payment flows, refunds, disputes, and additional terms will be disclosed before those features are enabled.

5. Relationship Between Salons and Their Clients

Taimli is not responsible for:

  • cancellations,
  • no-shows,
  • disputes,
  • payment issues,
  • service quality,
or any other matter between salons and their clients.

All such issues must be handled directly between the salon and the client.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Taimli collects personal data from Salon Owners and their clients as needed to operate the service.
  • Payment information is handled by third-party processors and not stored by Taimli.
  • Taimli may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics providers such as Plausible to measure traffic and improve Taimli-controlled pages. Taimli may also use PostHog EU for product analytics in the authenticated salon admin interface only. Taimli may use Ferndesk to show announced product updates in the authenticated salon admin interface only. Taimli uses Fernand to receive and manage support requests and other inbound email sent to Taimli.
  • Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Salon Owners are responsible for informing clients of any required data processing notices.

6.1 Optional Third-Party Integrations

  • Taimli may offer optional integrations with third-party services, such as Google Calendar and Stripe Connect.
  • When you enable such an integration, you instruct Taimli to transmit relevant data to that third-party service in order to provide the feature.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether to enable optional integrations and for reviewing the third party's own terms and privacy documentation.
  • Optional integrations may be one-way only and may not sync changes back into Taimli.

6.2 Your Salon Data Belongs to You

Your salon's business data belongs to you. This includes, for example, your customer list, appointment history, services, staff, and working hours.

To make that ownership meaningful, Taimli commits to the following:

  • Salon Owners may use Taimli's self-service export tools to download their salon data, including customers, bookings, services, and active staff, in common machine-readable formats such as CSV.
  • Taimli will not remove export functionality to make leaving harder.
  • Taimli will not require support tickets for basic exports available in the product.
  • Taimli will not charge you to access your own data through standard self-service exports.
  • Taimli will not offer intentionally crippled or useless exports for show.
  • Taimli will not use legal language to intimidate you or restrict reasonable access to your own salon data.
  • On reasonable request, Taimli will help you understand exported files and provide migration-related assistance, including helping a future provider understand the export when needed. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party system.
  • If you plan to cancel or move to another provider, you are responsible for downloading any data you need before account deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with Taimli’s platform,
  • upload malicious code or spam,
  • use Taimli to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content,
  • attempt unauthorized access to data,
  • resell or sublicense Taimli without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, branding, and platform content are the property of IiroMan OÜ.
  • Salons retain full ownership of their salon business data and any content they upload (images, descriptions, branding).
  • By uploading content, you grant Taimli a non-exclusive license to host and use it for providing the service.

9. Service Availability

Taimli aims to provide reliable and continuous service. We work to maintain and improve system performance and to minimise disruptions.

However, like any online service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control (such as internet or infrastructure issues).

When possible, we will give advance notice of planned maintenance or significant interruptions.

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • You may export available salon data before canceling.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • violations of these Terms,
    • abusive behavior,
    • fraud,
    • non-payment.
  • Termination may result in immediate loss of access.
  • Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding fees.
  • After account deletion, salon data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, subject to provider backup cycles and legal retention obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taimli is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue, missed appointments, or business interruptions.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the Taimli platform as-is and ensuring we comply with applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Estonian or EU law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13. Changes to These Terms

Taimli may modify or update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date will be revised, and Users will be notified when required by law.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
